Matthew Junker

Matthew Junker is associate counsel at UPMC Enterprises. In that role, he has provided general legal counsel to UPMC Enterprises since joining in 2023.

Before joining UPMC Enterprises, Matthew spent more than a decade in private practice where he counseled businesses on a broad range of corporate legal matters, including corporate formation and governance, corporate transactions, and commercial transactions.

Matthew earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton.
