Ashleigh Ketter

Ashleigh Ketter is currently a Manager of Human Resources at UPMC Enterprises. She is responsible for  supervising the organization’s hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. Ashleigh and her team help improve employee engagement, and build strategic talent resources plans, among other responsibilities.

Ashleigh joined UPMC in 2006 originally supporting research at UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital before moving on to the International and Commercial Services Division (ICSD). Eventually, ICSD split into what is now known as UPMC International  and UPMC Enterprises.

Ashleigh earned her bachelor’s of science in Human Resources Management and Technology from Carlow University.
