As senior advisor, Enterprises Technology Services, at UPMC Enterprises, Don is responsible for facilitating the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the Technology Services division by providing consultative support for strategic planning, process improvement, and tactical implementation.

Don has more than 35 years of experience in health care IT, specializing in commercial software product development, delivery, and operations.

Don earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.
