Stuart Ingram

Stuart Ingram is vice president of operations at UPMC Enterprises, where he leads financial, operational, and delivery excellence of Technology Services. His team drives excellence through disciplined P&L management, business development, business process optimization, and the development of new service offerings that expand UPMC’s innovation capabilities.

With more than 25 years of experience in software development and operations leadership, Stuart combines deep technical expertise with a focus on scalable systems, efficient service delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. He oversees financial reporting, staffing and vendor management, contract lifecycle governance, and alignment with Finance, Legal, and Digital Solutions to ensure organizational performance, compliance and growth.

Previously, Stuart served as vice president of engineering services, where he led teams delivering secure, high-quality health care software solutions, contributing to initiatives such as Alexandria Charts, Safar, Jupiter, EMS Navigator, and ParlaiQ.

Stuart holds a bachelor’s degree in software engineering from The University of Sheffield, England.
