Julina Coupland specializes in human-centered design, research, and strategy for the health care organization and its consumer. In roles spanning Design and Product, Julina’s work has contributed to consumer-facing digital tools, lifestyle behavior-change services, operational process optimization, and organizational strategy.
Prior to joining Enterprises, Julina spent several years in human-centered design and research for industries including education, finance, tech, and architecture. She earned her Master of Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. from Wellesley College.
