Parker began his career within Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Operations practice, building expertise advising large healthcare organizations on emerging technologies and process improvement. He went on to lead product design and enterprise integrations at two high-growth health care technology startups. He holds degrees in economics and finance from Pennsylvania State University.
