UPMC Enterprises is facilitating peer-to-peer kudos for exemplifying the organization’s guiding principles with “Shout-Aht” postings on an internal Slack channel.
Co-workers recognize each other’s good work and every month all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting. One winner is then drawn at random for an awesome prize.
The winner in July 2022 was… Spencer Conklin!
Spencer was nominated by Kyle Anders for “great work on Spire Search and for Spencer giving a great presentation to Astrata offering that as a managed service option for the near future!” and Stuart Ingram for “maintaining a due-diligence high bar around a major GitLab migration for the org while holding down other core teamwork without skipping a beat.”
