Co-workers recognize each other’s good work and every month all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting. One winner is then drawn at random to win a UPMC Enterprises YETI.

Carly was nominated by Stacy Norman, Matthew Linaburg, and Justin Hull for “the successful ParlaiQ release and working until late in the evening to make sure it was successful; digging into a ParlaiQ anomaly and for spending time late into Friday hashing out the right solution; and mitigating the potential introduction of infrastructure complexity and security vulnerabilities.”
