Co-workers recognize each other’s good work and every month all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting. One winner is then drawn at random to win a UPMC Enterprises YETI.
The winner in November 2022 was… Joshua Heil!
Joshua was nominated by Nate Sandstrom for “a smooth deployment of one of our largest releases spanning the three Safar applications, which included an integration with Cerner for an on-demand patient census by location” and “for jumping on a production issue reported for Safar early on a Sunday morning and getting it taken care of ASAP.”
He was also nominated by Stacy Norman for “receiving kudos from Leslie Davis for the TeleTriage pilot and for the team’s efforts to reach 2,000 consults/day.”
