UPMC Enterprises is facilitating peer-to-peer kudos for exemplifying the organization’s guiding principles with “Shout-Aht” postings on an internal Slack channel.
Co-workers recognize each other’s good work and every month all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting. One winner is then drawn at random for an awesome prize.
The winner in April 2022 was… Bryan Heim!
Bryan was nominated by Kristen Perko for “helping Team Gemini confirm Google Analytics for MyUPMC iOS 2.26.1” and by Jinghua Ou for “not only fixing the MyUPMC iOS app unit tests that are frequently failing in CI pipelines for the Sol team but also showing us how to prevent similar issues in the future.”
