UPMC Enterprises is facilitating peer-to-peer kudos for exemplifying the organization’s guiding principles with “Shout-Aht” postings on a wall of the Bakery Square office.
Co-workers recognize each other’s good work in a fun and interactive way with Shout-Aht sticky notes. Every month, all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting and one winner is drawn at random for an awesome prize.
The most recent winner was Molly Curran, Program Manager for ITTC, who was recognized by Mariel Shlomchik for “keeping the CRM extremely up-to-date.”
