UPMC Enterprises is facilitating peer-to-peer kudos for exemplifying the organization’s guiding principles with “Shout-Aht” postings on a wall of the Bakery Square office.
Co-workers recognize each other’s good work in a fun and interactive way with Shout-Aht sticky notes. Every month, all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting and one winner is drawn at random for an awesome prize.
In March, Dean Zaslow, Software Engineer, was recognized for helping to ramp up on scheduling information for MyUPMC.
