Evolent Health acquires New Mexico Health Connections commercial business to build new health plan

Evolent Health kicked off 2018 by officially closing on its acquisition of New Mexico Health Connection. Together, the companies will operate Truth Health New Mexico, a new health plan and managed services organization. True Health New Mexico will operate as an independent nonprofit health care organization, offering individual health insurance products.
