Vivify Health CEO Eric Rock published a piece in Becker’s Health IT & CIO Report that touches on the idea that hospitals need more than just a patient portal to engage with patients.
In the piece, he goes on to explain that “an alternate approach to engagement is regular, purpose-driven outreach with patients in the least intrusive modalities available,” discussing how technology can help fill that engagement gap.
