Meet our January 'Shout-Aht' winner
Co-workers recognize each other’s good work in a fun and interactive way with Shout-Aht sticky notes. Every month, all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting and one winner is drawn at random for an awesome prize.
UPMC Enterprises is facilitating peer-to-peer kudos for exemplifying the organization’s guiding principles with “Shout-Aht” postings on a wall of the Bakery Square office.
In January, Andrew Mortimer, Associate Software Engineer, was recognized for being an awesome and thoughtful colleague.
