Zachary Davis, CPA

Zach joined UPMC Enterprises in 2022 as a business analyst under Enterprises’ finance and controllership division. Within this role, he provides support to UPMC Enterprises’ portfolio companies in all accounting/finance matters and reporting UPMC Enterprise’ results to executive leadership within UPMC.

Prior to joining UPMC, Zach spent three years at PwC as a Senior Associate in Assurance. At PwC, Zach was responsible for the planning and execution of PCAOB, SOX-compliant integrated audits specifically in the Aerospace and Manufacturing industries. Zach specialized in Sarbanes Oxley, spin-offs/carve-outs, debt financing transactions, and accounting standard implementation(ASC 606 and ASC 842).

Zach graduated from the Robert Morris University with a B.S.B.A in Accounting and a M.S. in Cyber Security and Information Assurance. Zach is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania.
