FOR A CAUSE

Several members from the Translational Sciences team participated in the Strides for CJD Pittsburgh event on Oct. 8 and. Joe Pohl organized the team’s participation on behalf of his late sister, Katie Pohl Dopirak. With a goal of $15,000, Joe’s family and friends raised $16,846 to go toward the CJD Foundation.
In support of the Foundation Fighting Blindness and ophthalmology being one focus of the Translational Sciences team’s investment strategy, the team will participate in Pittsburgh VisionWalk on Oct. 29. All are welcome to walk and donate!
