2022 Senior Services and CPS Quality Fair
The UPMC Rx Express and Retail Pharmacy Network teams recently received the People’s Choice Award at the 2022 Senior Services and CPS Quality Fair for their presentation on “Improved Outcome through Rx Express (Meds-to-Beds) Discharge Medication Program Enhancements.” Specifically, this presentation highlights the process of the clinical/financial results of the Rx Express/Retail Pharmacy Network medication discharge program.
“It was fulfilling to be able to share this award with our colleagues from the Retail Pharmacy Network,” said Robin Coulter, Senior Product Manager on the Digital Solutions team at UPMC Enterprises. “The collaborative effort between UPMCE and the retail pharmacies is a strong example of how interdepartmental alignment can drive results.”
The People’s Choice Award is an annual recognition program promoted by the UPMC Senior Services and CPS Quality Fair team to highlight remarkable projects within the UPMC system. The Quality Fair event took place on August 25, during which the team received a plaque and gave a brief overview of their project.
2022 NASP Conference
Robin Coulter, Senior Product Manager at UPMC Enterprises, recently attended the 2022 National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) Annual Meeting & Expo in Orlando, Florida to present a UPMC Rx Express poster that focuses on the specialty pharmacy patient response data of their AI-driven chatbot.
