Conference Room AV Systems

Updated instructions for the conference room audio/visual systems have been placed on the table in each room. PC Support has also shared additional technical information via email (from Gerame Matthews). We recommend that each of you allow enough time in advance of your meeting to read through these instructions as they contain very helpful information on how the system works and steps to connect as well as a few troubleshooting steps.
