Suite and Building Maintenance Reporting

Notice a clogged drain in one of our kitchen sinks? Stains on the carpet? Or an annoying buzz in an air duct? All you have to do is report it to Kim Adams (adamskm2@upmc.edu) and copy Jen Gigliotti (brownjl@upmc.edu). Any in-suite maintenance requests and requests related to the building itself must be directed to one of these two as they are the primary tenant contacts for UPMCE with Property Management and the landlord. The landlord has systems and processes that all tenants must follow to address issues of this type. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Kim or Jen.
