UPMC Enterprises is facilitating peer-to-peer kudos for exemplifying the organization’s guiding principles with “Shout-Aht” postings on an internal Slack channel.
Co-workers recognize each other’s good work and every month all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting. One winner is then drawn at random for an awesome prize.
The winner in June 2022 was… Taylor Lawrence!
Taylor was nominated by Greg Briggs for “always responding to inquiries quickly and supporting the team at the drop of a dime” and “for volunteering to assist with [his] local setup and teamwork for promoting features for testing.”
