UPMC Enterprises is facilitating peer-to-peer kudos for exemplifying the organization’s guiding principles with “Shout-Aht” postings on an internal Slack channel.
Co-workers recognize each other’s good work and every month all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting. One winner is then drawn at random for an awesome prize.
The winner in February 2022 was… Steven Bates!
Steven was nominated by Liz Giardino as part of a group effort for “very quickly identifying that there are 27,000+ UPMC source clinical documents available to code for the new 2022 UPMCHP Medicare members” and by Stuart Ingram for “outstanding operational ownership and customer service at 4 a.m.”
