- The United Way campaign starts October 2, 2023, and runs until December 22nd, 2023.
- The United Way campaign brings UPMC employees together to help our communities have opportunities. Your donations are the reason why positive outcomes are possible. Our 2023 campaign takes place at just the right time to make a significant difference. Together, we can be the reason for improvement and inspiration in someone’s life. Your generosity will make all the difference.

- Pledges can be made through payroll deduction, credit card, or check. You also have the option to donate up to eight hours of PTO. (If your earned PTO is not vested, it cannot be used for a donation).
- 2024 Open Enrollment Correction Period:
- There will be a final enrollment opportunity and correction period from November 27, 2023 – December 8, 2023.
- This is your final opportunity to submit benefit elections and changes for your coverage that will begin on January 1, 2024.

- Nominations for UPMC’s Award for Commitment and Excellence in Service (ACES) are open all year long.
- You may nominate the incredible people you work with at any time.
