UPMC Enterprises is facilitating peer-to-peer kudos for exemplifying the organization’s guiding principles with “Shout-Aht” postings on a wall of the Bakery Square office.
Co-workers recognize each other’s good work in a fun and interactive way with Shout-Aht sticky notes. Every month, all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting and one winner is drawn at random for an awesome prize.
The winner picked at the July All Hands was Ed Wiancko, Lead Scrum Master, who was recognized for using his Scrum Master skills to keep team Photon organized.
