Percipio Health’s AI-powered platform is redefining the possibilities of remote patient monitoring (RPM).

This approach eliminates the need for costly medical devices, significantly reducing barriers to entry and enabling broader population reach.

Percipio was founded by Eric Rock and David Lucas, veterans of digital health innovation. They previously started Vivify Health, a remote patient monitoring platform that was a UPMC Enterprises portfolio company before it was acquired by UnitedHealth Group’s Optum division in 2019.
