UPMC Enterprises is facilitating peer-to-peer kudos for exemplifying the organization’s guiding principles with “Shout-Aht” postings on a wall of the Bakery Square office.
Co-workers recognize each other’s good work in a fun and interactive way with Shout-Aht sticky notes. Every month, all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting and one winner is drawn at random for an awesome prize.
The winner picked in August at our annual picnic at the zoo was Ethan Winograd, Lead Software Engineer on Kamioka, who was recognized by Brian Susko for being an elastic search ninja!
