ALung recently announced that its UK-based REST Trial has more than 250 patients enrolled, making it the largest ever prospective clinical study of extracorporeal lung support.

Health Fidelity, Inc., a company that provides innovative technologies for the value-based care era, today announced it will showcase UPMC’s adoption of the HF360 risk adjustment suite, a payer/provider collaboration solution that leverages NLP and machine learning to drive risk adjustment improvements by coordinating health plan and health system actions, during a presentation on Thursday, September 13 at the annual RISE West Summit at 1:05 PM local time.


Evolent Health has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire New Century Health’s business. Together, the organizations will be able to offer comprehensive specialty care management services and technology across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial populations. Upon closing, the organizations will serve more than 3.5 million lives.


Vium and 3Scan have announced that they’re partnering to quantify lung and liver disease to help improve preclinical research. Together, the companies will use their technology to both track digital biomarkers in an in vivo model of lung metastasis and characterize tumors.

Health Catalyst has launched a federal-certified program, Health Catalyst Patient Safety Organization (HC PSO). The program is designed to protect all-cause-harm patient safety data derived from its Patient Safety Monitor suite of applications.


Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has chosen Health Catalyst’s Data Operating System (DOSTM) to help improve population-based health management and the coordination of care across communities.
