UPMC Enterprises is facilitating peer-to-peer kudos for exemplifying the organization’s guiding principles with “Shout-Aht” postings at our Enterprises and NGI offices.
Co-workers recognize each other’s good work in a fun and interactive way with Shout-Aht sticky notes. Every month, all Shout-Aht recipients are acknowledged at the All Hands meeting and one winner is drawn at random for an awesome prize.
We have two winners to recognize from our most recent drawings at December and January All Hands meetings.
