  • Highest favorability scores:
    • The people I work with treat me with respect. – 96%
    • The people on my team collaborate and help each other. – 95%
    • My team members value each other’s thoughts and opinions. – 94%
    • My supervisor treats people with fairness and respect. – 93%
    • My supervisor shows interest in my personal well-being. – 93%

Performance Management Update

• Managers with new hires should be entering goals into HR direct within 30 days of their start date
• Quarterly Check-In reminders were sent out on June 1

Employee Referral Program

• The last day to submit a referral through the UPMC Enterprises Referral Program is June 30
• Receive up to $2,500 if we hire a candidate (for an Enterprises position) that you referred if you and your referral meet the eligibility requirements

Dignity & Respect Champions

• Nominations are due by October 14
• All UPMC employees are eligible
